Is this you?

You’re smart. Capable. You’ve handled hard things in life, and you carry on. And yet this keeps winning.

Maybe it’s the cycle you’ve lived in for years: eat, regret, restrict, repeat. Maybe you’ve tried every diet, every plan, every “clean eating reset” and nothing has ever stuck. Maybe food has been your comfort, your reward, your way to cope with stress, and you’re exhausted by how much mental space it takes up.

Or maybe your story goes deeper than that.

Maybe you’ve been in and out of recovery for an eating disorder and feel like you’re back at square one. Maybe traditional therapy helped for a while, but the behaviours crept back in. Maybe you’ve carried this with you for a decade, or two, quietly. Never fully recovered. Never fully free. You’ve almost given up on the idea that freedom is even possible for you.

Maybe it’s sugar. The pull of it, the craving that feels bigger than you, the way you can tell yourself “just one” and wake up hours later wondering what happened.

Whatever your version of this looks like, there is one thing they all have in common: the problem was never the food. It was never willpower. It was never your body or your genes. It’s the relationship between your mind, your emotions, and the habits built over years of trying to cope.

That’s exactly what we work on here.

The right tools make all the difference

Why nothing has worked yet

No diet has ever fixed the reason you eat when you’re not hungry. No therapist who only talks has ever reached the automatic, deeply-wired patterns driving your behaviour at 10pm. That’s not a personal failing. It’s a question of using the right tools.

I combine three of the most powerful, evidence-based approaches in psychology:

Hypnotherapy, working with a wide range of hypnotic modalities to reach and rewire the deep-rooted beliefs, emotional patterns, and automatic behaviours that talking alone cannot touch. This is not stage hypnosis. It is precise, clinical, and highly effective.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to dismantle the thought patterns and core beliefs keeping you trapped in the cycle. Practical, structured, and backed by decades of research.

Nutrition Psychology, I am a certified Nutrition Coach with specialist training in food and mood, eating behaviours, and the psychological drivers of what and why we eat. Because understanding the food-mind connection changes everything.

This isn’t years of therapy. My approach is short-term, targeted, and results-driven. Most clients see real, lasting change in 6 to 8 sessions.

About Me

I’m Samanta. Certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Nutrition Coach, and MSc Psychology student, and I know this world from the inside.

I’ve lived in six countries, raised five children, and competed at world level, I’m a World Obstacle Course Racing Champion and a Taekwondo black belt. I spent twelve years in high-pressure international business before following my real calling. I know exactly what it means to be high-performing, resilient, and capable in every area of life, while still feeling completely stuck in one.

I also know the emotional eating side personally. I’ve been there.

That combination, lived experience plus rigorous clinical training, is what makes this work different.

My qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (the only hypnotherapy programme accredited by the British Psychological Society), specialist training in CBT-E for Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford, and I am currently completing my MSc Psychology: Mental Health and Wellbeing at the University of Wolverhampton. I am a certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition, Level 1) and a member of both the British Psychological Society and the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists.

Beyond my formal qualifications, I have completed an extensive range of mental health training spanning positive psychology, metabolic psychiatry, nutritional science, psychopathology, and more. I invest continuously in my development, regularly attending conferences, specialist trainings, and professional events to stay at the leading edge of what works.

I don’t do vague. I work fast, I work smart, and I don’t let you stay stuck.

I also work with eating disorders

Some of the people I work with are not looking to lose weight. They are looking for a way out of something they have been living with for years, sometimes decades.

If you have an eating disorder, or suspect you might, you may have already tried conventional therapy. It may have helped, partially. Or perhaps it never quite reached the part of you that needed it most. Perhaps you have relapsed after what felt like recovery. Perhaps you have never fully recovered at all, and have quietly learned to manage around it rather than truly heal.

Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, or patterns that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis but have controlled your life regardless, if any of this is your world, you are not out of options.

I hold specialist training in CBT-E for Eating Disorders from the University of Oxford, and my MSc in Psychology focuses specifically on mental health and wellbeing. I work with eating disorders not as a coach with a script, but as a clinician who understands the psychological depth and complexity of these conditions, and who has personal experience of this path.

If you are ready to try something different, I would welcome the conversation.
