About Me

I’m Samanta, a certified cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist specialising in evidence-based practices. My goal is to help individuals achieve their mental health objectives and positively impact their lives through a personalised and authentic approach to well-being.

I’m also here to help with major life stressors whenever a big change is needed. Many of the issues my clients face are things I’ve experienced myself. I’ll help you recover from life’s toughest blows and teach you how to become more resilient.

I was awarded a UK NCFE Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy—the only hypnotherapy training accredited by the British Psychological Society. I am a member of the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and continuously invest in upgrading my skills through various psychology-led courses, including nutrition coaching, food and mood to improve mental health and psychological first aid.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute call so we can both see if we’re a good fit to work together. I see clients in person at a clinic in the old town of Kaunas, Lithuania, and I also work online, allowing me to connect with clients from around the world in the comfort of their own homes.
