I’ve been exactly where you are.
I’ve tried every diet imaginable—low-carb, high-protein, paleo, keto, intermittent fasting, Mediterranean, Atkins, Montignac—and even followed eating protocols like Whole30, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, and autoimmune approaches. You name it, I’ve tried it. But no matter how promising the plan, nothing worked long-term.
I’ve swung from extreme exercise routines to complete inactivity. I’ve set world records in sports, pushed myself to unimaginable limits, and seen short-term results—but I couldn’t sustain them. A few years ago, I even tested my DNA and discovered that I have five genes that predispose me to obesity.
It’s been a long and challenging journey, filled with frustration and self-doubt.
But I found a way out.
Today, I am completely free of diets and emotional eating. My metabolic health is optimized, with markers better than 80% of the population. I’ve lost the unwanted weight and, more importantly, kept it off. I’ve built muscle, regained energy, and feel stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before.
